We accept returns within 14 days from the date the item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• in its original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

• Wrong item or defective product: return shipping is covered by us
• Change of mind: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
